With over two decades of multifaceted experience, Dr. Vidyut Rajhans, founder and consultant at Current EyeCare, stands at the intersection of clinical care, health education, and research in optometry. Dr Vidyut has received a doctorate degree for her contribution to the field of optometry education, from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (Institute of Eminence, Government of India). She has completed her Masters in Optometry and Masters in Business Administration (HR specialization). At the baseline, she has B.Sc (Physics + Still photography and audio-visual production), B. Sc. (applied) Optometry and B. Optometry to her credit. Dr Vidyut is a lifelong educator, and passionate advocate for integrating science with service. Dr Vidyut is a popular teacher in optometry students. And she is frequently invited as guest speaker in key optometry forums. She has worked as member of Board of Studies in YCMOU, school of Health Sciences. She is a clinical director at Special Olympics Lions Clubs International Opening Eyes program at Special Olympics (Bharat). She is actively involved in clinical and academic research in Optometry and has scientific publications in international, peer-reviewed journals. She has to her credit numerous presentations, posters and talks at various national and international conferences.
